Returns and exchanges policy

Return period: For all VARON brand oxygen devices ordered in the online store varoninc.pl offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery (accessories are excluded from this policy). Please note that refund requests may be denied if the 30-day period is exceeded. In such cases, you may not receive a refund.

Note: The warehouse address cannot be used as the return address. To return merchandise, please contact our customer service department by email at support@varoninc.pl to obtain the correct return address. Shipments should only be sent to the address provided in this email.

Return acceptance conditions and fees:

1.Cancelling an order before it is shipped:

You can cancel your order at any time for free and receive a full refund, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team and they will assist you with the cancellation process. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of your cancellation.

2. Return of goods during transport:

If you change your mind after handing over the goods to the courier, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@varoninc.pl .

We will try to stop the shipment, but this cannot be guaranteed. If the package is delivered, please refuse the shipment. The returned goods will be returned to our warehouse.

Once we receive your tracking number, your refund will be approved. A 5% service fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. The goods have been delivered, the package is unopened and the return process has been initiated:

If the package has been signed for but unopened, and is in its original retail condition—i.e., the device shows no signs of use, is undamaged, complete with accessories, and the return has been approved by our customer service team—your refund request will be approved after receiving a returns number. We will deduct a 5% service fee from the refund amount. You will also be responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. The goods have been delivered, the package is opened but unused, and the return process has been initiated:

If the package has been opened but unused, in its original retail condition—no signs of wear, no damage, and with all accessories included—and the return has been approved by customer service, a refund request will be accepted after receiving the logistics number for the returned item. In the event of a return due to reasons for which the customer is responsible (e.g., ordering the wrong model, canceling a purchase, etc.), we will deduct a 15% unpacking fee from the refund amount. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Delivered goods – packaging opened and used, initiation of the return process:

We only accept returns for quality issues. Opened and used products make them difficult or impossible to resell – please understand this.

If a quality issue does exist, you must provide evidence of the issue (e.g., photos, videos). Our quality assurance team must then confirm the product is defective. Once the defect is confirmed, you can return or exchange the product at no cost.


Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

1.The item has been opened and used, or has damage caused by human hands (e.g. scratches, missing parts).

2.The return deadline has been exceeded (the return process was initiated later than 30 days from the date of delivery of the order).

3.All consumable items are excluded from return (except in cases of quality problems).

Return and refund process:

If you wish to return a product, please contact customer service via the official email address support@varoninc.pl . Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the order – customer service will review the information you provided.

Once customer service has reviewed the information provided and determined that the return and refund conditions are met, they will provide you with the exact return shipping address via official email. Please send the goods to the address provided by customer service and provide the logistics tracking number to the same email address.

We will initiate the refund as soon as possible after receiving the logistics number provided by you.

Check and return shipping:

  • Once approved by customer service, you will receive a return shipping address.
  • The goods must be sent back in their original packaging.

Quality control and service:

  • After receiving the goods in stock: → refund or exchange erfolgt within 3-5 business days.
  • In case of quality defects: we bear the costs after their confirmation.

Customer service priority:

In case of quality problems, repair or replacement takes priority over direct return of goods (especially during the warranty period).

The right to exchange

Replacement Period: For all VARON oxygen concentrator products ordered from the online store At varoninc.pl , we offer a 30-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered (accessories are excluded from this exchange policy). Please note that your exchange request will be rejected if you exceed the 30-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

Exchange terms:

1,If you need to exchange a product due to quality reasons (e.g. wrong model ordered, late delivery, etc.), please make sure the product is in perfect condition and comes with all accessories (including original packaging, warranty document, etc.).

2. If you need to exchange an item due to quality issues, please ensure you provide proof of the issue (e.g. photos, videos) and that the quality inspection confirms that it is a product fault.

Exchange procedure

If you need to exchange an item, please contact customer service via the official email address support@varoninc.pl, providing your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Customer service will review the information you provided.

Once you've been confirmed to meet the exchange requirements, Customer Service will provide you with the exact return shipping address for your exchange via official email. Once we receive the logistics number (provided by you), we'll arrange for your replacement to be shipped as quickly as possible.

Exchange fees:

1. If you order the wrong model and the device works without any problems (no performance faults), but a replacement is necessary because the product does not meet your actual needs (customer-related reasons), we can provide a free replacement service - however, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

2. If replacement is necessary due to quality problems and the product fault is confirmed by quality inspection, we can provide a free replacement service and the transportation costs are borne by us.

Note : In the following cases, an additional service fee will be charged.

a. During the transport of goods – starting the goods exchange process

If you change your mind after your shipment has been handed over to the logistics company, please contact our customer service team at support@varoninc.pl as soon as possible. We will try to stop your package as quickly as possible, but this may not always be possible. Before receiving your package, if you discover that the item you ordered does not meet your needs and wish to request an exchange, you will be responsible for a 5% handling fee and additional shipping costs.

b. Once the goods are delivered and the package is opened, the exchange process begins.

If the package has been signed for but unopened and is in its original retail condition—no signs of use on the device, no damage, complete accessories, and the exchange has been approved by customer service—your exchange request will be approved after receiving a unique return logistics number. A 5% service fee will be deducted from the order value for the exchange process. You will also be responsible for the costs of returning the item.

Additional note: All consumable accessories are excluded from exchange (however, if there is a quality issue, we will send you a replacement).
